Job Title: Travel CT Technologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist to join our team at Ventura MedStaff. As a Travel CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scan equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. This is a 13-week contract position with a 40-hour workweek, with shifts consisting of evenings from 3pm-11pm.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma and satisfactory completion of two years of formal training in an approved school of Radiological Technology. Additionally, you must be ARRT certified in Radiography and CT, and currently licensed by the State of Rhode Island. A minimum of six months of prior training or work experience in CT Scan is also required. Responsibilities:
As a Travel CT Technologist, your primary responsibility will be to operate CT scan equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Your duties will include:

  • Operating CT scan equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
  • Preparing patients for CT scans, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly
  • Monitoring patients during CT scans to ensure their safety and comfort
  • Reviewing and interpreting CT scan images to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care
