Key Responsibilities:
The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver Family Medicine services across various settings, including Rural Health Clinics, inpatient hospital units, and the Emergency Department. Responsibilities include:
- Providing primary care services focused on preventive health, assessment of new health concerns, and management of chronic conditions.
- Conducting inpatient care and responding to emergencies as clinically necessary.
- Identifying normal versus abnormal health findings to address early signs of serious health issues.
- Working towards achieving positive health outcomes in line with state and federal guidelines and financial incentives.

Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant or a Registered Nurse with Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Preferred experience in managing inpatient care and emergency department services.
