**Job Description**

This is a full-time position at Methodist Hospital, where you will play a critical role in the Radiography Program. As a Radiography Educator, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing education in the program, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of student performance standards, student admissions and selection process, and program accreditation activities.


You will work closely with the program team to ensure that education in the program is properly coordinated and that all students receive adequate instruction and experience. Additionally, you will assist in developing promotional materials for internal and/or external publicity.



**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Current certification in Radiography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the state of Indiana
  • Knowledge of adult education principles and applications
  • Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum and training resources
  • Knowledge of computer software applications
  • Ability to assess and diagnose learner needs
  • 3-5 years of experience, 2 years of clinical radiography experience or equivalent, and 1 year of teaching experience as faculty in a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited Radiography Program or equivalent


**Compensation and Benefits**

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
