About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are safe, reliable, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure timely completion and minimize downtime
  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Monitor and control maintenance costs to ensure they are within budget
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in fleet maintenance management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
  • Valid driver's license
