We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paramedic to join our team at Froedtert Health's Mequon Community Hospital. As a Paramedic, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our emergency department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families in the emergency department
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient department operations
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Paramedic
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent required
- Paramedic Certification in good standing in the state of Wisconsin required
