We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Police Department Reserve Officers. As a Reserve Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Waseca Police Department and contributing to the safety and well-being of our community.

• Provide aid and support to the Waseca Police Department and cooperate with other law enforcement agencies as requested.
• Assist officers in the enforcement of laws and maintain order within the City of Waseca.
• Perform security functions at community events or programs.
• Render volunteer services that are deemed essential to the public welfare and safety.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Minnesota Driver's License
• Ability to act effectively in emergency and stressful situations
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with employees, other agencies, and the general public

• Excellent decision-making abilities
• Exemplary character
