About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team at Arkatechture. As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting Business Intelligence and Data warehousing initiatives focused on our Financial Services clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL views and stored procedures to support business intelligence and data analytics
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions that meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain data dictionaries, critical data element identification and classification, data lineage, and data quality rules
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Expert-level proficiency in complex SQL syntax and data modeling
  • Domain expertise in Financial Services, with a focus on Credit Card portfolios and Retail Card Services on TSYS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience working with big data technologies, such as Snowflake, SQL Server, Databricks, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
