We are looking for committed individuals for the Hydraulic Assembly position. The ideal candidate will be part of a compact assembly team focused on hydraulic hose components. Responsibilities include utilizing hand tools and specialized equipment such as crimpers. The main task will be to crimp hoses and fittings onto hydraulic hoses. This role provides a chance to collaborate with a growing team and report directly to the OEM manager.Hard Skills

This is a full-time, on-site role.

The work schedule is 1st Shift:
Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm, currently extended to 6am-4:30pm. There may also be some Saturday shifts from 6-11:30am. The work environment is not climate-controlled. The team consists of approximately 34 members. Dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and provided safety vest and glasses. Potential for shorts during the summer season. The team is working to minimize overtime caused by supply chain challenges.
