RF Engineering Specialist

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced RF Engineering Specialist to join our team in Dahlgren, VA. In this role, you will provide expertise in RF system capabilities analysis, systems integration, spectrum policy, and general RF and electronic technology experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of systems engineering plans from requirements identification through design verification
- Plan and execute engineering strategies in accordance with approved project acquisition strategies and plans
- Perform requested aspects of technical analysis and systems engineering support to facilitate architecture design, interoperability, specification analysis and development, solutions implementation, and systems sustainment of supported projects
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or other related STEM degree from an accredited US institution
- At least 3 years of experience in RF system capabilities analysis, systems integration, spectrum policy, general RF and electronic technology experience, EMI, EMC, RF Engineering, or Spectrum Management
- Demonstrated experience in complex radar system software requirement definition and allocation
