Job Summary

The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. This includes administering medications, performing wound care, and educating patients on healthy living practices.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus benefits such as medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 401k matching up to 3%.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Perform wound care and dressing changes
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Current Oregon RN/LPN License
  • Current BLS Certificate
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
