Branch Director

We are seeking a Branch Director to lead our team at Cardinal Credit Union Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving branch performance and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve branch operations and personnel performance.
• Manage branch revenue growth, sales, member satisfaction, and staff utilization while minimizing operating losses.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings, coach and train staff, underwrite consumer loans, and review subordinate decisions.
• Monitor branch performance, ensure compliance with credit union policy, and address unsatisfactory conditions.
• Hire, train, direct, and evaluate direct reports, conduct performance reviews, allocate resources, and review department recommendations.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $72,500 per year, commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 2-5 years of leadership or management experience in a financial institution.
• A college degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
