Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Acute Medical Post Surgical team at Princeton Baptist Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
