We are seeking a skilled Neurosurgeon for a new position in Miami, Florida. This role primarily involves spinal procedures, with the potential for cranial work as well.
As a prominent neurological care provider in South Florida, our organization delivers a full spectrum of services to patients dealing with various neurological disorders, ranging from acute to chronic conditions.
Our facility is dedicated to offering state-of-the-art treatments, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care for their nerve, spine, and brain issues.
The selected candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, Orthopedic Surgeons, and Pain Management specialists.
This is a physician-owned practice, with partnership opportunities available after the second year of employment, although this could occur sooner based on performance.
Partnership Options:
- Partnership based on work contribution
- Partnership with a buy-in option, tailored to the desired level of ownership
Our goal is to expand to a 14-member group in the near future.
The position includes privileges at two local hospitals, which are not designated as trauma centers, resulting in a very manageable call schedule.
Currently, there are three Neurosurgeons on staff, ensuring that call responsibilities remain light.
The expected base salary is approximately $650K, in addition to RVUs.
