We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Epileptologist Physician to join our team at the Department of Veterans Affairs. As a key member of our multidisciplinary Epilepsy and Neurology Department, you will play a vital role in providing medical care to adult patients with seizure disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Providing medical care to adult patients with seizure disorders
- Interpreting EEG, Video-EEG, and Tele-EEG studies
- Teaching and supervising residents, clinical fellows, and medical students
- Supporting the Neurology service as an attending in general neurology clinics and inpatient service coverage
- Completed ACGME Fellowship in Epilepsy or Neurophysiology
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- MD or equivalent degree and unrestricted licensure in any state
- U.S. Citizenship
- Competitive salary and annual performance bonus
- Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year
- Retirement: Traditional federal pension and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA
