  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Interface with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our automation systems and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automation or controls, with a focus on leadership and technical expertise.
  • Proven track record of delivering automation projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automation systems, including DCS, PLC, HMI, SCADA, and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to obtain ISA Certified Automation Professional (CAP) certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
