About the Role

This role involves leading by example, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. You'll be responsible for managing store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stockroom maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported in their purchasing decisions.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and maintain visual displays.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records, adhere to company policies, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • A strong passion for fashion, sports, and music, with knowledge of current trends and styles.
  • The ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • A valid driver's license (if applicable) and reliable transportation.
