Cocktail Server

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team at Feather Falls Casino. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

• Take drink orders and deliver drinks to patrons in a timely and efficient manner.
• Count change back to customers and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Request identification from customers when necessary and stay up-to-date on special offers and drink prices.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Record and report any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act and Feather Falls Casino's Internal Control Policy.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A Class B Gaming License (available for a nominal fee with a clean background check).
