We are seeking an experienced Inventory Associate Specialist to join our Materials Management team at Corewell Health. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, processing incoming requisitions, and delivering equipment and supplies to various locations across our healthcare system.

Main Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and equipment to meet patient needs.
• Process incoming requisitions from customers, either dispensing supplies or ordering equipment/supplies as needed, utilizing handheld computers or other methods to track inventory levels.
• Deliver products and/or equipment to requesting locations, applying cart covers when necessary and securing loads properly, while maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, deliveries, and customer requests, communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory management, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; supply chain/material management experience preferred.
• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends; strong communication and teamwork skills.
