Job Opportunity at Healthy Smiles

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team at Healthy Smiles. As a key member of our dental care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough and compassionate dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and patient education.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient practice operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies to provide the highest level of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Current dental hygienist license in New Hampshire.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • New Grads are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
