Responsibilities- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Evaluate patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license
- BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
- ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC certifications (dependent on unit/department)
