About the Role

Crescent Landing at Fullerton Memory Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with mealtime, including serving and cleaning up
  • Participate in activities and events, such as arts and crafts, games, and outings
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the Resident Care Coordinator or Executive Director
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proficiency in English required
  • Previous experience working with the elderly population preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
  • First Aid and CPR certification required
