Position Details:
The SRO role demands a high level of adaptability, with the ability to operate across various sites throughout the region. You must be willing to travel and respond to urgent coverage needs across all shifts and days.
Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to cover shifts as necessary. Exceptional customer service is always your top priority.
Your responsibilities include observing and surveying your assigned area, providing detailed reports on activities, and responding swiftly in critical situations.
You should be proficient in reading and writing comprehensive reports and know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications:
You must possess a valid Arizona Guard License (Required)
Extensive customer service experience is essential
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
You must successfully pass a thorough screening process
Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus.
