We are seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Disorder Treatment Provider to join our team at Symphony Medical. As a key member of our inpatient and outpatient detoxification and rehabilitation team, you will have the opportunity to gain experience providing wide-ranging treatment in the area of addiction medicine, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage candidates presenting with substance use disorders.
- Coordinate patients' progress and treatment plans with an active multi-disciplinary team including counselors, nursing, and psychiatrists.
- Evaluate patients for medication-assisted treatments, working collaboratively with staff to ensure continuity of care after discharge.
- Acquire knowledge of the most up-to-date evidence-based practices in the field.
Requirements:
- NYS licensed.
