Job Title: Title Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Title Specialist to join our team at Marinosci Law Group, P.C. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Request and receive title reports from various vendors based on client directives.
  • Review title reports, quality check automated data, and perform data entry for missing information.
  • Perform title examinations, analyzing records for mortgages, liens, judgments, and easements to determine ownership and verify completeness and accuracy of legal descriptions.
  • Identify title issues and notate them in internal case management systems.
  • Communicate with parties to obtain discharges and/or payoffs on liens and judgments.
  • Prepare and submit title claims to insurers on behalf of clients.
  • Research and retire mobile home titles based on state-specific procedures.
  • Ensure clear and insurable title for post-sale conveyance to investors, including governmental agencies and entities.
  • Monitor and work an active pipeline of title files, ensuring timely completion pursuant to client SLAs.
  • Maintain daily workload of tasks and step completions within clients' systems and the firm's internal case management system.
