Automotive Billing Specialist

Gold Coast Cadillac is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Billing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing invoices, bills, and compiling data for the dealership.

• Financial Transaction Processing
  • Prepare invoices listing items sold and service provided, amounts due and credit terms.
  • Issue credit memorandums to indicate returned or incorrectly billed merchandise.
  • Prepare credit forms for customers or finance companies.
• Accounting and Data Management
  • Post transactions to accounting records such as worksheets, ledgers, and computer files.
  • Access computer files and compile reports as requested.
• Customer Service and Communication
  • Maintain professional appearance and neat work area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

• Administrative and Technical Skills
  • Demonstrate good administration and coordination skills.
  • Demonstrate good computer skills and a working knowledge of CDK computer systems.
