Job Description

In this role, you will provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes, developing personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs and goals. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Home Health Physical Therapist with AccentCare, you should possess a Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program and hold current licensure to practice as a physical therapist within the state of agency operation. You must also have a minimum of nine months experience as a physical therapist and hold valid CPR certification. Preferred qualifications include community or home health experience.
