About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Patient Care Associate. In this role, you will assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining their dignity and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with personal care activities, including toileting, transferring, and mobility support
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to nursing staff, ensuring timely interventions and effective care
  • Participate in patient care planning and implementation, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must be a certified nursing assistant in the state of Tennessee. Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or long-term care is preferred but not required.
