We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ambulatory Care RN Lead to join our team at Parkview North Hospital. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan, enhancing patient safety, reducing adverse events, and improving patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders or protocol-driven care
- Independently plan and provide care for patients, applying appropriate nursing interventions
- Collaborate with leadership, providers, and co-workers to provide excellent service to patients
- Focus on quality of nursing care, identifying and clarifying patient needs, and educating patients and families on conditions, self-management, and preventative care
- Assist with Quality Control for Point of Care Testing and serve as a mentor and lead care team trainer
- Graduate of a School of Nursing, BSN preferred
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, CPR certification required
- Minimum two years' experience as a registered nurse, ambulatory experience preferred
- Leadership skills and experience with autonomous critical thinking and working in a team-based care environment
