Job Summary:

Martin Brower is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate selection, processing, and shipment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Selection and Fulfillment: Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders, and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Sanitation and Housekeeping: Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, including clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the efficient operation of the warehouse.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience, with a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.
  • Availability: Must be able to work any shift, weekends, overtime, and holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EPJ Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or environment is preferred.
