We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Travel Nurse to join our team in Hickory, North Carolina. This is a 13-week assignment with a starting date of ASAP and working 36 hours per week. The shift will be 12 hours, nights.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the MICU setting.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice professionals, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, identify and prioritize patient needs, and initiate interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and communicate effectively with colleagues and other healthcare providers.
- Active state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in critical care nursing within the past 3 years.
- BLS/ACLS certification required; ATLS certification preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Up to $500 travel reimbursement paid out first check.
- Overtime and Loyalty bonuses.
