Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Bella Italia. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring that every meal meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of chefs in the preparation and presentation of dishes
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
- Ensure that all kitchen operations are running smoothly and efficiently

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a chef in a high-volume kitchen
- Proven track record of leading a team and achieving results
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
