Job Title: Field Project Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Project Architect to join our team. As a Field Project Architect, you will be responsible for supporting data center construction projects as the company's onsite representative. Your primary focus will be on interpreting design requirements and translating them to the design team. You will also communicate with the offsite design team and onsite construction team partners, assist with construction administration, and respond to RFI's and RFP's.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support data center construction with design upgrades at the site
  • Represent the company in project meetings as needed
  • Provide construction administration services
  • Work with management to respond, submit, and track RFI's, RFP's, and change orders
  • Review submittals for conformance with drawings and specifications
  • Produce meeting minutes when attending meetings
  • Work with and coordinate with vendor partners, including General Contractors, Owners, and Owner's Reps
  • Work with project managers, designers, and principals in the conceptual development of project documents
Requirements:
  • Registered Architect (RA)
  • 7-17+ years of experience as a Project Architect
  • Critical Facilities/Data Center projects a huge plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Design
  • Experience being an onsite architect at a critical facilities construction site
  • Proficient in the use of REVIT/Advanced Revit skills and BIM a huge plus
  • 3D/BIM modeling and CAD computer modeling and rendering software a plus
  • Possess a technical proficiency in the production of drawings
  • Ability to visit client facilities throughout the US
  • Ability to travel to support project tasks
  • Active involvement in the AIA is a plus
  • Work and communicate with internal/external customers and clients effectively
  • Ability to successfully work independently/remotely/hybrid when not traveling to customer's data center construction site
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and should prioritize well
  • Previous experience in the Military/Military Veterans a huge plus
