Electronic Medical Records Analyst

We are seeking an EMR Application Support Expert to join our IT team. As an EMR Application Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical support and configuration of our Electronic Medical Records application. This includes troubleshooting problems, reviewing and testing new releases, and maintaining current knowledge of industry trends.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system updates or changes.
- Prioritize, coordinate, and implement updates and requested changes to the system.
- Support operational data/report requests.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A combination of education and/or experience equivalent to 5 years of IT application configuration and/or application configuration within healthcare or related industry.
- Proven skilled and competent in using technology-based tools such as electronic medical record (EMR) systems, personal computers, and related software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and reporting skills.
