  • Lead the formulation of conceptual and feasibility cost model estimates by leveraging historical data.

Utilize benchmarking information and industry expertise to generate precise early-stage cost forecasts.

  • Review and finalize unit cost pricing to align with current market conditions and specific project logistics.

Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure a clear understanding of project scope during the estimation process. Build and maintain relationships with members of architectural and engineering firms as well as project team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in project estimation or relevant engineering roles.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in the aviation industry is essential.
