About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our team as a Coordinating Specialist at the Frankfurt Work Community (fwg). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental illness and promoting their social participation and everyday support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a team of approximately 3 colleagues to provide needs-based assistance and support social participation in individual and group settings.
  • Develop and implement person-centered integrated participation planning (PiT) and process documentation and evaluation for the team's clients.
  • Accompany clients on-site and at the Stiftstraße location, providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work or a related field, or relevant training as a specialist with professional experience.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental illness and a recovery-oriented attitude.
  • Commitment and reliability in adhering to team goals and objectives.
