Job Responsibilities
  • Dust and polish fixtures, woodwork, and equipment.
  • Wash windows and clean blinds.
  • Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and ensure supplies are stocked.
  • Sweep, mop, wax, and polish floors, stairs, corridors, and courts using appropriate tools.
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs thoroughly.
  • Dispose of waste materials responsibly.
  • Sanitize doors, door facings, and walls.
  • Assist in relocating equipment as necessary.
  • Check and replace light bulbs as needed.
  • Clear sidewalks around buildings.
  • Report any safety hazards observed within and around the premises.
  • Document and report repairs required.
  • Store cleaning equipment properly.
  • Maintain inventory and request supplies as needed.
  • Perform minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
  • Clean shower facilities and gym areas.
  • Assist in snow removal and ice clearing on walkways.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping and cleaning equipment.
  • Set up tables and chairs for meals and events.
  • Secure the building after hours.
  • Utilize hand and small power tools effectively.
  • Prepare facilities for activities and ensure clean-up afterward.
  • Shampoo carpets as required.
  • Conduct inspections for fire safety equipment.
  • Clean ceiling and restroom vents.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Must possess physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary for various tasks.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and manage loads of similar weight.
    • Capable of working in diverse weather conditions.
    • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and navigate stairs while carrying materials.
