Job Overview

This role involves supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer location. As a Shift Supervisor, you will act as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and field operations managers. Your primary responsibilities include coaching, recognizing, and disciplining staff within approved empowerment ranges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise professional security officers on assigned shifts.
  • Provide effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public.
  • Frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
  • Read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.

This position requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently. You must also display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Requirements
  • A valid driver's license is required; possession of a clean driving record and minimum level of insurance are necessary.
  • DOD Security Clearance or ability to obtain it.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; 5 years of verifiable experience can be substituted for education requirements.
  • Maintain intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
