About the Role
As an Armed Security Specialist at GardaWorld, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide security services at assigned locations, ensuring the safety of clients, employees, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Observation and Reporting: Conduct regular patrols and surveys of assigned areas, observing activities and reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
- Critical Response: Respond promptly and effectively in critical situations, using your skills and training to de-escalate conflicts and ensure the safety of all parties involved.
- Policy Enforcement: Familiarize yourself with customer procedures, regulations, and standards, enforcing them as necessary to maintain a secure and respectful environment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients, employees, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents, observations, and other relevant information, submitting reports as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform duties in a variety of environments
- A valid security license (where applicable)
What We Offer
GardaWorld offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
