We are seeking a highly skilled Child & Adolescent and/or Adult Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team at Care New England Health System. As a leading healthcare provider in Rhode Island, we offer a collaborative and supportive work environment that prioritizes patient care and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality psychiatric care to adults and children, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of mental health disorders
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions to address the unique needs of each patient
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in psychiatric care
