Job Description

Are you a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a fulfilling career in Med/Surg? We're seeking experienced nurses to join our close-knit team at a 60-bed, full-service acute care facility in the heart of Oregon Wine Country.

As a Med/Surg nurse, you'll provide exceptional patient-centered care to those dealing with various conditions, including hip fractures, pneumonia, CHF, and more. You'll be part of a supportive environment where teamwork, collaboration, and professional development are prioritized.

What We're Looking For:

  • Acute care or Med/Surg experience (preferred)
  • Nurses from other specialties with strong transferrable skills are welcome
  • Valid, unencumbered Oregon RN license
  • Passion for working with diverse patient populations

Your Schedule and Compensation Perks:

  • Night shift (7 pm - 7:30 am), three shifts per week
  • Day shift (7am-7:30pm), three shifts per week
  • Shift Differentials:
    • 6.50 per hour for nights
    • 2.00 per hour for weekends
  • Union-Based Pay Rates
  • Overtime Opportunities: Pick up extra shifts for more earning potential
