Speech Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services Inc. in providing high-quality early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon)
  • Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families to achieve specific developmental goals
  • Provide services in the child's natural environment, including homes, daycare centers, and community settings, with virtual services also available
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports, adhering to HIPAA and state/federal regulations
Requirements:
  • California Speech Language Pathology license
  • Pediatric experience, with Early Intervention experience preferred
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
