Job Title: Roofing Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Foreman to join our team at Bartlett Roofing. As a Roofing Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of roofs, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing crews to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve issues related to roofing materials and equipment.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including time sheets, material usage, and quality control metrics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in roofing, with a strong background in supervisory roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work while meeting deadlines and budgets.
