Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at H2 Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.


Job Summary

This is a PRN position that will involve evaluating and treating a primarily geriatric caseload with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and in teams, making appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.


Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions, including geriatric, orthopedic, vestibular, and neurologic movement disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.


Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of FL.
