Web Developer I and II Job Description

Sabre Engineering is seeking a skilled Web Developer I and II to join our team. As a Web Developer I and II, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Assist in the design and development of websites and web applications, ensuring they are visually appealing and functionally sound.
  • Front-End Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and support front-end development tasks.
  • Back-End Development: Work with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end development, and integrate back-end services and APIs to create dynamic web applications.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web performance, browser compatibility, and security.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality products, and mentor junior developers and contribute to improving team coding standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Technical Experience: Experience with React, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, Elastic Search, Git, Kibana, Jira/Confluence, Agile/Spring Processes, and server-side languages such as PHP, Python, Ruby, or.NET.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of web performance optimization, SEO best practices, and cross-browser compatibility, and experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and integrating web applications with APIs.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work independently, manage tasks, and lead development on small projects.
