Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager Lead for Army

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager Lead to join our team in the Army. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical delivery team, working closely with the DoD to develop and implement solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical delivery team to develop and implement solutions for the DoD.
  • Work closely with the DoD to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the DoD and AWS teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience driving technology initiatives, including 5+ years of customer-facing experience delivering technology-enabled transformations.
  • Experience in project management and delivery, and/or program management.
  • Demonstrated technical breadth in AWS and/or cloud fundamentals.
  • Effective communication skills, including progress updates, risk management, execution planning, metrics establishment/tracking, presentations, technical content, public speaking, and white papers.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in external customer-facing roles within the DoD.
  • AWS certification(s) and/or other cloud provider certification(s).
  • 1+ years of experience implementing AWS/cloud services.
  • PMP or project management-related certification (SCRUM/Agile, Prince2, PgMP, Six Sigma, SAFe, etc.).
