Job Responsibilities
  • Provide Expert Nursing Care: Deliver high-quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities
  • Collaborate with Medical Staff: Work with residents and medical staff to develop care plans and track outcomes
  • Lead and Train Staff: Supervise and train nurses and support staff to ensure seamless care delivery
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Ohio State License: Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
  • Graduation from Approved Program: Graduate from an approved nursing program
  • At Least 6 Months of Experience: Possess at least 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse or similar role
  • Excellent Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and leadership abilities
