Job Opportunity at Top Dawg Tavern - Columbia

We are seeking a skilled Fry Cook to join our back-of-house team at Top Dawg Tavern - Columbia. As a Fry Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking food to exact specifications, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
  • Assist the kitchen manager with daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Prepare food to exact specifications and set up stations for menu items
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Ensure food is prepared and served simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in one or more of the following roles is highly desirable: fry cook, line cook, prep cook, grill cook, chef, restaurant crew member, restaurant team member or other part-time BOH restaurant job
