Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of our hospital's clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients and families.
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
Requirements
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
  • Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six (6) months of hire.
  • Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to project a professional image and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
