About the Role

As a Physical Therapist at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our patients, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities, with the goal of improving mobility and function, independent self-care, and other skills necessary for functioning in daily living.
  • Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach the family and other members of the health care team.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Specialty Programs

We have a range of Specialty Programs that our Physical Therapists can participate in, including:

  • Balance and Fall Prevention
  • Spine Safety
  • Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program
  • Total Shoulder Replacement Program
Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license.
  • Must possess automobile liability insurance.
  • Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
  • Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
  • Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
  • Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.
