Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Circle K Stores, Inc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to provide excellent customer service, manage store operations, and achieve sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of employees to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Manage store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and store appearance.
• Analyze sales and profitability data to make informed business decisions.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Manage employee development and training to ensure a high-performing team.
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment for employees and customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability goals.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
